Fed: Young man stabbed in central Canberra in daylight

A 21-year-old man has been stabbed in the face in Canberra.

He's been taken to Canberra Hospital for emergency surgery on his cheek and arm.

Police are searching for another man spotted running from the scene .. in the inner-north
suburb of Braddon about 10 o'clock this morning.

He's caucasian .. stocky .. with shoulder-length hair .. and was wearing a dark blue
jacket and jeans.
